It is clean comfortable and the reception desk staff very friendly and efficient. It smells of coffee rather than the usual hospital smells and it's free. Limited parking is an issue.

Its always friendly & helpful when Ive been here, the nurses have always been very nice when Ive been in which makes a big difference when you are having treatments/ operations. They also make you feel valued & listened to, even when you're being v nervous about a small thing! The only complaints I have is that the wifi isn't the easiest system to log on to & the car parking can be very difficult to find a space (its not always practical to cycle or taxi depending on what you are there for). The parking is very limited there so if at all possible dont drive! There are however dedicated oncology spaces & these often have free spaces

I have attended this Hospital on 4 occasions, 2 for scans and 2 as visits to a consultant, Mr Laing. Attending the Hospital was a pleasure, I have always been seen promptly. and always kept completely in the picture regarding my appointment and treatment by every member of staff. Tea/Coffee facilities are excellent, and although Radiology has its own Reception, the Staff there were identical in their treatment towards me, as those in the main Reception. I would heartily recommend anyone to be an out - Patient here. I have seen other Consultants at another Nuffield, who have all been good, but my Consultant here, Mr Laing, was by far, the best I have seen, from every aspect. he was extremely polite, showed me detailed MRI scan results, and explained what has happened to my back, in terms I could understand, and was extremely confident about how he could operate, and what it would do to help my condition. Further, he has now written to me, and my GP, very promptly, explaining the situation, and offering me the operation. If you have back problems I would suggest that the sooner you can make an appointment to see Mr Laing, the quicker you will receive a good diagnosis with excellent explanation.

My daughter has just had scoliosis surgery at the nuffield even though she is 18 I was still able to stay with her as this was her first op , everything was explained to us at the pre op appointment and on the day the operating staff were Reassuring and going to recovery everything was explained. You cant fault the nursing staff as they were all fantastic and the food was amazing. Chloe the the student nurse was lovely and took time to talk to us every thing was 10 out of 10

Every member of staff we came across were polite and very friendly. The facilities are excellent and the level of care is second to none.. we were given all information throughout the care of our daughter. Highly recommended.
